Dear Valued Customers
As we continue to navigate COVID-19 together, we want to keep you updated on the proactive measures we are taking to conduct business for the foreseeable future. These changes are being put into place in an effort to protect the health and well-being of our employees and partners and help slow the spread of this virus in the communities we serve.
· Any employee experiencing cold or flu symptoms is required to stay home until health is fully restored.
· Non-essential employees are being encouraged to work remotely.
· We are maintaining a high degree of hygiene and disinfecting standards and have instructed our employees in best practices, as recommended by the Center of Disease Control and the State of Rhode Island.
Our sales team has been instructed to conduct their routes as normal. However, we encourage our retail partners to engage in Retailer Portal for placing orders and making payments to safely limit the amount of person-to-person contact on a day-to-day basis.
All ride-withs, sales meetings, and large events have been postponed or moved to videoconferencing. We encourage the postponement of any samplings/tastings through the end of March.
Ultimately, continuing to provide you with the highest level of service and support during this trying time is one of our most important goals.
All trucks have been equipped with disinfectant and our drivers have been instructed to wipe down all interior and exterior touchpoints before and after every shift. Customers will not be asked to sign for deliveries. Our drivers will enter the name of the receiver into their iPhone for proof of receipt.
Please prepare to bear with us in the event that we have delivery delays due to staffing shortages, particularly as schools begin to close. We will do what we can, safely and within reason, to ensure continuity for your business.
